Isabel Cristina Ramírez

Isabel Cristina Ramírez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Isabel Cristina is currently a Project Manager LATAM at Ivanti since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IPSUM Technology as an Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2022, where they analyzed, prepared, and managed ServiceNow projects. Isabel Cristina also understood the scope of each contract and established project teams. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Unisys from 2014 to 2019, where they led various business projects, including ServiceNow implementation, transition, and operational projects. Additionally, they worked at Centro de servicios mundial as a Projects and Processes Specialist from 2009 to 2013, leading technology projects and participating in Oracle eBS implementation and consulting projects. Isabel Cristina successfully led technology projects for companies like Cacharrería Mundial and Pintuco and implemented Oracle eBS - CRM for multiple companies in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Central America. Lastly, from 2006 to 2009, they worked at DURESPO as an Functional Analyst, participating in ERP, CRM, WMS implementation projects, and telephony projects. Isabel Cristina implemented ERP Copérnico and developed customized Crystal Reports to fulfill company needs. Additionally, they implemented an IP phone system to improve services and reduce costs.

Isabel Cristina Ramírez obtained their Especialización Gerencia en Sistemas y Tecnología degree in Information Technology from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where they attended from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Isabel also obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they earned an ITIL Foundation certification. Isabel Cristina also obtained a Project Management Professional certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) in June 2013. Most recently, they obtained an ITIL Foundation V4 certification from PeopleCert in November 2022.
