Marc Olivas started their work experience at Staples in 2002, where they worked as a Sales Associate selling business technology products. Marc then moved on to PR Newswire in 2007, initially working as a Product Support and Training Specialist, responsible for learning new technology products and setting up accounts for clients. Marc later transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager, managing the onboarding process for new platform accounts and providing ongoing product support. In 2016, Olivas joined Agility PR Solutions as an Account Director, where they were responsible for client onboarding, training, account and relationship management, and contract negotiations. Currently, Olivas is working at Ivanti as a Customer Success Operations Manager, partnering with organizations to establish cybersecurity practices, integrating RiskSense into their security architecture, ensuring proper onboarding and support, and coordinating API integrations and special projects.

Marc Olivas obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at The University of New Mexico from 2002 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor's degree. Their field of study during their bachelor's degree was Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
