Santosh Kumar Bandanadam

Santosh Kumar Bandanadam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Santosh kumar currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Ivanti, where they lead the Ivanti Service Manager Platform teams and oversees the conversion of the product to .Net Core for utilization of Linux containers on Azure Cloud. Prior to this role, Santosh held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Ivanti from August 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Ivanti, Santosh worked at Polaris Software Labs Ltd. as a Consultant. During their time there, they contributed to the development of the HEAT software (now Ivanti) ITSM product and had the opportunity to work onsite in California, USA.

Santosh kumar also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a Systems Developer from February 2004 to November 2005.

Santosh's early career started at Druk Information Technology in Bhutan, where they served as a Senior Developer. Santosh kumar worked on various government software projects funded by organizations like UNDP, with highlights including the development of a Revenue Management System for the Department of Revenue and Customs in Bhutan.

Throughout their career, Santosh has showcased their technical expertise and leadership skills, overseeing teams, interviewing and hiring, participating in design discussions, coding, and code-reviewing.

Santosh Kumar Bandanadam obtained a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from Osmania University between 1995 and 1998. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a diploma in Computer Software languages from the National Institute of Information Technology. Lastly, Santosh completed an Advanced PG Diploma in Computer Applications from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, with a focus on Computer Science, which was completed before 2005.
