Shivam Shelat

Shivam Shelat has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. Shivam is currently working at Ivanti as the Director of Technical Support, where they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ivanti as a Senior Technical Support Manager from January 2021 to April 2021. Before joining Ivanti, Shivam worked at MobileIron from 2014 to 2020. During their time at MobileIron, they held various roles such as Manager of Technical Support, Team Lead of Technical Support, and Technical Support Engineer. Shivam also gained experience as a Technical Support Engineer L2 at Egnyte from March 2014 to August 2014 and at Panasas from September 2012 to February 2014. Shivam's earliest work experience was at San Jose State University, where they served as the Lead of the University Help Desk from November 2010 to May 2012.

Shivam Shelat obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai in 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Networking) from San Jose State University. Additionally, Shivam Shelat has obtained certifications in "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority" from LinkedIn in August 2021 and "Management Skills for New Managers" from the American Management Association in January 2020.
