Mel Bohill

Mel Bohill is an experienced procurement leader with a background in strategic oversight and management of substantial global spend across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Direct Procurement at IVC Evidensia since August 2024, Bohill previously held the position of Vice President of Global Procurement, Synthetics at International Flavors & Fragrances, where management of $1.5 billion in global procurement was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Bohill was the Global Director of Raw Materials at Perrigo Pharma Limited, overseeing a spend of over $550 million and leading a team of 13 professionals. With extensive experience at GSK, roles included Procurement Franchise Director for Respiratory and Biopharms, R&D Project Leader, and Director of Manufacturing Strategy, contributing to the successful launch of products and alignment of procurement strategies with company objectives. Bohill holds a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh.
