Nic Byron

Nic Byron has held a variety of roles in the technology and service industries since 2010. In 2010, they started as an Assistant Coach at Swim America Swim School. In 2012, they joined Raleigh Racquet Club as an Event and Concessions Manager and Swim Coach. In 2014, they became a Certified Mac Technician at UNC Student Stores. In 2015, they joined Apple as a Service Specialist. In 2016, they founded TechNic Solutions. In 2018, they founded both Matter Product Studio and WasteLess. At Matter Product Studio, they started as a Product Manager and later became the Director of Product. At WasteLess, they conducted user research and composed a systematic literature review. In 2019, they founded Reio. Finally, in 2021, they joined ivee as the Head of Product, where they own the organization roadmap, developed a subscription offering, and selected and integrated an EHR.

Nic Byron obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Business Administration and Computer Science Minor. Nic also obtained certifications from Apple, Microsoft, and Bloomberg LP. These certifications include an Apple Certified Mac Technician in November 2014, Microsoft Office Word Expert and Microsoft PowerPoint Word Specialist in December 2013, and Bloomberg Market Concepts.
