Jaclyn Hoobler

Jaclyn Hoobler has a diverse work experience. Jaclyn started their career as a Patrol Officer in the US Navy in July 2015 and served in this role for two years, during which they performed Law Enforcement and Force Protection duties and controlled entry and access of personnel and vehicles. Jaclyn then transitioned to the role of Field Training Officer, where they coordinated and conducted post-mandated trainings for over 50 personnel while providing mentoring guidance to 24 Sailors. Jaclyn also trained and qualified 16 Sailors above paygrade, maintaining the section's high standards. Afterward, in January 2019, Jaclyn became a Patrol Supervisor, where they trained and supervised 45 Navy Security Forces personnel in executing daily Antiterrorism and Law Enforcement operations. Under their leadership, the watch bill flexibility increased, and several sentries, patrolmen, and a duty armorer were qualified. Throughout their time in the US Navy, Jaclyn responded to 150 calls for service and completed over 35 incident command reports using the installation's reporting system.

In August 2021, Jaclyn joined Microsoft as a Student Microsoft Systems and Software Academy participant. During this program, they focused on server and cloud administration, gaining skills in installing and configuring Windows Server 2016, designing and implementing advanced server infrastructure with Hyper-V Manager's virtualization capabilities, and implementing Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions.

Most recently, in January 2022, Jaclyn joined iVenture Solutions as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician. In this role, they were responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving IT-related issues. In February 2023, they transitioned to the position of On-Site Support Specialist.

Overall, Jaclyn has gained substantial experience in law enforcement, security operations, training and mentoring, and IT support throughout their career.

Jaclyn Hoobler completed their education at American Military University from 2018 to 2021, earning an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2021, MTA: Networking Fundamentals - Certified 2021 from Microsoft in July 2021, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in December 2022.
