Charna Felet

Charna Felet has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Charna started as the Group HR Manager at GoIndustry DoveBid, where they were responsible for delivering strategic performance review planning, designing and implementing HR monthly reporting to board executives, and managing and coordinating the European integration piece for a global organisation during a merger and acquisition. Charna then moved to Manuchar as Head of HR in 2013. In 2014, they became a full-time student at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). In 2016, they were a Senior Consultant at Webber Wentzel, where they were responsible for developing and implementing business plans, process engineering and procedures. Charna also created an Equal Work Equal Pay Gender Pay Gap model for EXCO. Additionally, they were a Business Planning Analyst at MDA Private Equity Solutions. In 2017, they joined iVeri Payment Technologies (Pty) Ltd as a Business Operations Specialist and was later promoted to Head of Business Resources & Intelligence. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations, provided data-informed insights to the CEO, and assisted in the new digital strategy for the business. Charna also determined the business requirements and developed the business case for the data visualization requirement of the business and architectural data tool integration.

Charna Felet has an extensive education history. Charna attended Greenside High and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communication at the University of Johannesburg from 2000 to 2004. Charna then attended GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) and obtained a Programme for Management Development in 2016. Charna also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management, Business Administration and Management in 2018. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General in 2020.
