Andrey Grigoryev

Associate Scientist at iVexSol

Andrey Grigoryev has a strong background in scientific research and development. Andrey worked as an Associate Scientist at iVexSol, where they focused on the upstream process development of lentiviral vector production. Andrey developed an understanding of lentiviral vector properties to improve yields and was involved in establishing the PD Lab. At iVexSol, Andrey delivered high-quality data using advanced production platforms and collaborated with downstream and analytical development groups.

Prior to iVexSol, Andrey worked at BIOCAD as a Research Scientist in Upstream AAV Gene Therapy. Andrey streamlined research processes and successfully planned and performed lab scale experiments. Andrey also played a key role in scaling up lab technology, from a 2L bioreactor to a 1000L bioreactor, providing all necessary documentation.

Before BIOCAD, Andrey gained experience as a Laboratory Research Assistant at the Institute of Cytology, where they worked from September 2018 to August 2021.

Andrey Grigoryev pursued their education in the field of Biophysics. In 2015, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University. Continuing their academic journey, Andrey then pursued a Master's degree in Biophysics from the same university and successfully completed it in 2021.
