Nataliia Tushych has been working in the customer service and logistics industry since 2017. Nataliia began their career as a Senior Account Rep and Logistics Coordinator at Millhouse Logistics Inc. In 2020, they joined ivia as a Customer Success Manager and Zelh as an Agent.

Nataliia Tushych has an extensive education history. In 2013, they obtained their Master's degree in Philology from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University, which they completed in 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Postgraduate certificate in Entrepreneurship Management from George Brown College. Also in 2020, they obtained a Specialization Certificate in Tesol from Arizona State University.
