Austin Shope

Austin Shope has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Austin is currently working as a Network Operations Analyst at iVision since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a NOC Engineer Level 2 at NOCDOC from April 2019 to November 2022.

Before joining NOCDOC, Austin worked at Building Automation Services, LLC as a Program Associate/IT Manager from May 2017 to April 2019. Austin'sresponsibilities included managing and developing the IT network, troubleshooting IT and programming issues, and providing on-site assistance to customers.

Austin also worked as an Intern/IT Specialist at Mercy Hill Church from May 2016 to April 2019. During this time, they gained experience in assisting the IT Director and applying their IT knowledge.

Austin completed internships at Rudiments, LLC, 5-Stones Consulting, Compliance Engineering, and Aerstone. These internships provided him with a range of experiences including asset inventory, network setup, security research, penetration testing, and SOC desk operations.

Austin's educational background includes graduating Summa Cum Laude from South University in June 2015 with a degree in Information Technology. Austin achieved an impressive GPA of 3.93 during their time as a student.

Austin Shope earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from South University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification and the CompTIA Network+ ce certification in January 2015. Furthermore, they recently obtained the LogicMonitor Certified Associate certification from LogicMonitor, Inc. in December 2022.
