Manuela Leu

Manuela Leu has extensive experience in operational excellence and global logistics, currently serving as Global Transformation Manager for People & Culture at Ivoclar since July 2019, where also held the role of Operational Excellence Specialist. Prior to this, Manuela worked at Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, as Director of Global Logistics Operations from July 2018 to May 2019. Manuela has a significant tenure at Ivoclar, from October 2014 to April 2018, in various project management roles focused on global logistics and served as a Global Process Expert. Earlier, Manuela developed expertise at Hilti Group from August 2003 to September 2014, taking on roles such as Global Process Expert, Export Specialist, and Training Administrator, while also contributing as an apprentice.
