Simon Gredler

Simon Gredler has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Simon began their career as a Coach for the Deaf Community at KommBi in 2010. In the same year, they started working as an IT Coach at WIFI Tirol. In 2012, Simon joined SWAROVSKI as a Web Development Engineer and later became a Web Project Manager until 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Namics - A Merkle Company, starting as a Service Manager and progressing to Senior Service Manager & Skill Group Lead, and eventually to Principal Service Manager & Skill Group Lead. Currently, Simon is employed at Ivoclar as the Head of IT Support Services and Director of Global IT Service Excellence.

Simon Gredler completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Universität Innsbruck. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Executive MBA in Business & IT at Technical University of Munich from 2019 to 2021.
