Ezra Alamsyah's work experience starts with their role as a Student Helper at Taylor's Hostel Management from August 2014 to March 2015. Ezra then worked as a Bootcamper at ServiceRocket from January 2016 to March 2016. After that, they served as a Software Developer/Project Lead at Foonation Project from April 2016 to December 2016.

From January 2017 to September 2018, Ezra worked at ServiceRocket as an Application Support Engineer. During this time, they provided 24/7 support for Atlassian customers, troubleshooted issues in Agile-based issue trackers, and handled communications through different media. Ezra also took on various roles, including trainer, segment lead, and mentor.

Following that, Ezra joined Automattic in September 2018 as a Happiness Engineer, providing round-the-clock support for Automattic customers. Ezra troubleshooted and reported bugs in web applications, including WordPress. com and other applications.

Since October 2019, Ezra has been working as a Tech Product Manager at Ivosights. Here, they implemented a bug and feature tracking management platform using Jira, saving the company money. Ezra also revamped the road-map for the platform and successfully released it.

Throughout their career, Ezra has gained experience in troubleshooting, bug reporting, web technologies, and customer support in various capacities.

Ezra Alamsyah completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Taylor's University from 2014 to 2016. Ezra then pursued a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Foundation in IT from Multimedia University in 2012 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a Google AdWords Certification in September 2015.
