Craig Kinross MAICD

Craig Kinross MAICD has held a number of roles in the corporate world since 1997. Craig began their career as a Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse and then moved to Group Accountant at Invensys. In 1998, they joined BTR PLC, which later merged with Siebe PLC to form Invensys, where they held the role of Group Financial Controller. In 2000, they were promoted to Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mincom. In 2010, Craig took on the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Micropower, where they focused on returning the business to profitability. In 2012, they founded MPower MSL, where they served as Managing Director and CEO until 2019, when they transitioned to a role as Director of Strategy. In 2014, they became a Non-Executive Director at Zuuse. In 2021, Craig took on roles as Non-Executive Director at iVvy and Business Advisor and Non-Executive Director at Zapaygo, as well as Business Sale Advisor at Intouch Data.

Craig Kinross MAICD has a diverse educational background. Craig obtained their BCom from The University of Queensland in 1993, majoring in Commerce and Accounting. Craig then went on to become a Qualified Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1997. In 2017, they completed a degree from the University of South Australia's South Australia Business School - Australian Centre for Business Growth, focusing on Growing Queensland's Companies. Craig also holds certifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which they obtained in 2020, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, which they obtained in 1997.
