Emma Lewis is a Chief Commercial & Product Officer at Ivy Farm Technologies, where Emma is responsible for making delicious products from cultivated meat. Emma is actively seeking strategic partners to help the company scale and is passionate about telling their fantastic story. With experience at Nomad Foods as Head of Plant Protein and Head of Veg & Meals & Culinary, Emma has a strong background in product development and innovation. Prior to that, Emma held roles at HJ Heinz and Mars, showcasing their expertise in R&D and strategic leadership. Emma holds a PhD in Food Colloids and a 1st Class Food Science (Industrial) Degree from the University of Leeds.
