Paul Sabayrac

Vice President - Community at IVY

Paul Sabayrac has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Account Executive at AVID. In 2013, they joined IVY as a Community Manager, where they were responsible for on-boarding new members and personalized interactions with existing members. Paul was then promoted to Community Director, and then to Senior Community Director. During this time, they were responsible for leading the expansion and management of the global Community Management team, scaling the headcount to over 60. Paul was also responsible for analysis and development of new channels and initiatives for growth, and managed event engagement operations and IVY Member programming in multiple cities. Paul was then promoted to Vice President - Community, where they deployed and integrated a team-wide CRM for over 100 employees, developed sales automation surrounding in-person and digital events, and was the owner of critical subscription metrics reported to the CEO.

Paul Sabayrac received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Florida between 2008 and 2012.
