Responsibilities:

• Leading DevOps team, mentor and motivate team members to promote accountability, foster a culture of high performance, and encourage continuous improvement in cloud and DevOps practices;

• Understand customer requirements to deliver scalable and secure cloud infrastructures through design, implementation, and optimization;

• Manage team and stakeholder expectations to ensure effective resolution of delivery process obstacles and provide solutions;

• Implement best practices for cloud architecture, deployment, and operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability of systems;

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively;

• Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving to address cloud and DevOps challenges.

Technical skills:

   •  Working experience with leading Cloud platforms;

  • Strong understanding of core AWS services and tools;
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-availability systems on cloud;
  • Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker;
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS;
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline;
  • Ability to automate the software delivery process, ensuring high-quality and timely releases;
  • Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation;
  • Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell;
  • Strong experience with Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance;
  • Proficiency in shell scripting and command-line tools;
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers;
  • Ability to design and implement secure, scalable network architectures;
  • Ability to provide technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing;
  • Strong communication skills to foster a collaborative and learning environment.
