Gayana Helder has a diverse work experience in the field of customer experience. Gayana worked at IWG plc as the Global VP Direct Sales & Customer Service and later became the Global Head of Customer Experience. Gayana also founded NeCXus and conducted CX Masterclasses. Gayana has also co-authored two bestselling books on customer experience. Prior to this, they held various roles at DTG, including Director of Customer Experience and Customer Excellence Manager. Gayana also worked at Dell, where they held positions such as EMEA Program Manager and Project Manager, focusing on sales improvement and CRM implementation. Additionally, Gayana worked at ClientLogic as a COPC Implementation Manager.

Gayana Helder, CCXP has a diverse education history. In 2017, they attended Superpromoter Academy, focusing on the dynamics of enthusiasm in storytelling. In 2015, they also attended Superpromoter Academy, studying under Rijn Vogelaar, the author of The Superpromoter & the trilogy Flame, Flow, and Flood. In 2008, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt in Paris. Additionally, in 2005 and 2006, they received certification as a Certified International registered COPC Coordinator from COPC Inc.
