Jennifer Barrett has extensive work experience in various roles related to community management and customer service. Jennifer started their career at Michaels' Photography Inc in 2004 as a Lead Photographer and Scheduling Coordinator, where they managed and led staff photographers, ensuring efficient and timely services. Jennifer then worked at Lifetouch LNSS as an Office Administration & Scheduler, handling administrative tasks and managing time allocations for staff photographers. Following that, they joined Lifetouch LCD as a Photographer/Salesperson. In 2012, Jennifer joined Regus Management Company as a Senior Customer Service Representative, responsible for managing accounts, handling IT and customer service issues, and generating sales. Jennifer also worked as a Community Manager Deputy Team Lead and later as a Community Manager at Regus, where they managed day-to-day operations, set up new accounts, resolved service and billing issues, and provided administrative support. Since 2020, they have been working as a Community Manager Team Lead at IWG plc.

Jennifer Barrett completed their education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication. Prior to that, they attended Motlow State Community College from 1996 to 1999, earning an Associates Degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. Jennifer completed their high school education at Tullahoma High School from 1992 to 1996, where they acquired a General Studies High School Diploma.
