Lee Carlin

Lee Carlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and team leadership. Currently serving as City Manager at IWG plc since February 2021, Lee has previously held various roles including Team Lead - Community Manager and Community Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, a Senior Department Manager role was fulfilled at Primark from January 2020 to February 2021. Lee's career in retail began at TOPSHOP TOPMAN from March 2011 to January 2020, where multiple positions were held, including Dual Site Store Leader and Brand Manager. Earlier experience includes a role with The Walt Disney Company as part of the International College Program - Retail and a Supervisor position at TK Maxx from February 2005 to March 2009. Lee Carlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Events Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Foundation degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Magee.
