Jason Tully, P.Eng has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jason started their career at General Motors as an Industrial Engineering Coop, where they gained valuable experience in engineering processes. Jason then worked at Capital District Health Authority as a Management Engineering Coop, focusing on Lean Manufacturing initiatives and database management.

After that, Jason joined Canada Post as a Student Consultant, where they improved flow efficiency in the mail sorting area and created detailed reports outlining project scopes and recommendations.

Moving on, Jason worked at Canadian Tire in various roles, including Business Analyst, Category Business Planner, and Marketing Promo Planner. In these positions, they were responsible for optimizing financial targets, analyzing sales data, and selecting content for the national flyer. Jason also worked on supply chain projects and forecasted tire shipments.

Jason then joined Lowe's Companies Canada as a Sr. Industrial Engineer, where they built and maintained multi-variable standards and prepared documentation for operations.

Currently, Jason is working at IWK Health as the Director of Strategy & Improvement, where they oversee strategic initiatives and performance improvement. Jason has also held roles as Acting Director and Interim Manager within the same department.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in process improvement and project management.

Jason Tully, P.Eng, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Dalhousie University, which they completed from 2021 to 2025. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng) degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, graduating in 2008. During their earlier years of education, Jason earned a Diploma in Engineering (Dip. Eng) with a specialization in Industrial Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University, completing it from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason has obtained several certifications including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Managing OKRs with Microsoft Viva Goals, Professional Engineer (PE), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Green Belt.
