Maria Goyer

Maria Goyer is the current Strategy at iWorkGlobal. Maria has been with the company since March 2019 and in their current role since October 2021. Prior to their current position, they were the Senior Vice President Strategy from March 2019 to October 2021.

Maria has over 10 years of experience in the talent management industry. Maria started their career as the Vice President of Business Solutions at Populus Group in January 2011. In this role, they were responsible for consulting, designing, and delivering best-in-class contingent workforce solutions. Maria then transitioned to Brightfield Strategies in February 2015 as the VP of Product Management and Data Services. In this role, they led the Product Management team for Brightfield’s Talent Data Exchange service offering.

Maria is a key member of the executive team at iWorkGlobal and is responsible for the expansion of iWorkGlobal around the globe. iWorkGlobal provides employer-of-record, independent contractor compliance and agent-of-record services throughout the U.S. and in over 170 countries worldwide.

Their manager is Jeff Phelps, CEO, Co-Founder. They work with Eric Edelstein - Technology, Gus Nazareth - Associate General Counsel, and Lisa Soughers - Human Resources.
