Antonio Palmarini

Antonio Palmarini serves as the Head of Beverages at Beaverbrook since August 2022, overseeing the beverage offerings with a focus on wine, sake, and tea at the luxury boutique hotel and private member club in Chelsea, London. With extensive experience in the industry, Antonio has held roles as Head Sommelier/Manager at MARU London, assisting in the restaurant's opening, and as a Head Sommelier at Sushisamba and Duck and Waffle, where responsibilities included managing diverse beverage programs. Antonio has also worked as a Wine Buyer at Franklin's Wine Shop and Bar and as Assistant Head Sommelier at Pétrus within the Gordon Ramsay group. Additional qualifications include various certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and industry experience as a kurabito at Dassai sake brewery in Japan. Antonio actively participates as a judge in prestigious wine competitions, contributing expertise in the wine and beverage sector.
