Aj Iadanza

AJ Iadanza has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Beginning in 2004, they worked as a Camp/After School Counselor for the City of Raleigh- Parks and Recreation, where they were responsible for organizing and leading activities for campers and addressing behavior issues. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a 1st Grade Teacher at Pitt County Schools, managing their classroom and creating lesson plans based on Common Core. In 2012, they became an Office Manager at Blue Water Spa/Dr. Michael Law MD, handling various administrative tasks and patient support. They then transitioned to being a Kindergarten Teacher at Lee County Schools from 2013 to 2014, focusing on creating a respectful and structured learning environment. In 2014, they joined Lilly Pulitzer as an Associate Manager/Visual Merchandising Lead, contributing to visual merchandising efforts. At IXL Learning, AJ held multiple roles, including Subscription Renewal Specialist from 2015 to 2018, where they generated renewal quotes and maintained a high renewal rate. They then became a Lead Account Manager from 2018 to the present, overseeing account management, pricing proposals, and achieving high retention rates. In July 2022, AJ was promoted to Manager, Account Management at IXL Learning for the Northeast & East Central regions.
