Andrew Haines

Andrew Haines has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career at Minitab Inc. in 1997 as a Technical Support Specialist, providing assistance and statistical guidance to customers. Andrew then transitioned to the role of a Research & Development Statistician, where they designed and coded statistical algorithms for Minitab Statistical Software and collaborated with customers to develop custom solutions. Andrew later became a Staff Software Engineer, playing a pivotal role in improving code quality, estimating and prioritizing features, and mentoring team members. In 2016, Andrew joined IXL Learning as a Software Engineer, where they are currently gaining experience in the field.

Andrew Haines completed their education history with a Master's Degree in Statistics from West Virginia University, which they pursued from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from the same university, which they completed from 1989 to 1993.
