Lakyn Holder

Lakyn Holder has a diverse work experience in the fields of education and dance. Lakyn started their career in 2019 as a K-4 Creative Movement/Dance Specialist at East Wake Academy, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined Lee County Schools as an Elementary Education Teacher and remained in that role until 2023. Additionally, Lakyn worked as a Dance Instructor at Triple Pointe Dance Academy starting in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Account Manager at IXL Learning, starting in 2023.

Lakyn Holder attended Appalachian State University from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Dance Studies. Lakyn then enrolled at East Carolina University in 2021 and is expected to complete their studies in 2023. Lakyn is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education Certification with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching.
