Benedick Pagarigan

Benedick Pagarigan is an accomplished compliance manager with extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental management across various roles at Unilever and IXOM. Currently serving as Compliance Manager NEA at IXOM since January 2021, Benedick has a proven track record in implementing and maintaining safety and chemical management systems, including ChemAlert and iAuditor, while previously overseeing process safety programs for the South East Asia and Australia regions. Benedick’s leadership at Unilever led to significant improvements in safety culture, machinery compliance, and environmental sustainability initiatives, resulting in substantial reductions in workplace injuries and enhanced operational efficiencies. Benedick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mindanao State University.
