Rachel Harmon

Rachel Harmon has a Bachelor's degree in General Business from the University of Central Florida. Rachel has worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from September 2007 to March 2014, where Rachel monitored store reports, assessed operations, delegated responsibilities, motivated partners, provided coaching, and delivered legendary customer service. Currently, Rachel is working at IZEA holding titles of Account Director Northeast, Associate Director of Operations and Implementation, and Senior Manager of Customer Experience, where Rachel offers influencer and content marketing software and services to agencies and brands.
