Carlo Abi Chahine

Carlo Abi Chahine, PhD, serves as the Head of Data at iziwork since November 2019, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a data strategy and building a high-performance data platform for users in France and Italy. Previously, Carlo held roles as a Senior Data Engineer at iziwork and as a Data Expert/Data Architect at Roland Berger, focusing on Big Data infrastructure and transitioning clients to data-driven models. Carlo's experience includes technical leadership at Ve Interactive, managing a Big Data team and creating the company's first data cluster, and serving as VP of Research & Development at qunb, where a scalable NoSQL database was developed. Carlo also has academic experience as an Assistant Professor at INSA de Rouen, teaching computer science subjects. Carlo holds a PhD in Computer Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen and multiple master's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering.
