Rachel Baldwin has a diverse work experience, starting from 2013 until the present. Rachel has held multiple roles in various companies. Rachel began their career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant for the Physical Plant and Design Center at Gordon College, where they worked until 2015. Rachel then interned as an Administrative Assistant for the Global Education Office at Gordon College from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Rachel worked briefly as a Barista at Starbucks before joining Oxford Properties Group as a Regional Administrative Assistant from November 2017 to April 2018. Rachel then transitioned to Freebird, where they worked as a Customer Experience Representative from April 2018 to November 2019 and later became a Traveler Experience Lead from November 2019 to July 2020. Rachel's most recent position is with iZotope, Inc., where they started as a Customer Care Agent from September 2020 to May 2021. Rachel then advanced to Associate Manager of Customer Care from May 2021 to July 2022 and is currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care.

Rachel Baldwin obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Gordon College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Rachel has obtained several certifications, including "A Manager's Guide to Inclusive Teams" from LinkedIn in June 2022, "Clienteling Certification" from Endear in February 2023, and "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" from Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
