Bob Waugaman

Bob Waugaman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob started their career at Holiday Rambler in 1985 as a Safety Director and held that position until 1990. Following this, they worked at Bruce Carter Associates, LLC as an Associate from 1990 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Lippert Components, Inc. as a Corporate Environmental & Safety Manager, a role they held until 2007. During this time, they also briefly worked at Nautic Global Group as an EHS Manager. In 2007, Bob joined J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc. as the Regional Manager of EHS and served in that role until 2019. Bob then transitioned to the position of Director of Environment, Health & Safety within the same company.

Bob Waugaman attended Goshen College from 1963 to 1972 but did not graduate with a degree. Bob also attended Goshen High School, and later pursued studies in safety management at Indiana State University.
