Craig Woolcott

Craig Woolcott has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Craig currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources & Administration at J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE as Vice President, Human Resources, where they were responsible for business partnering, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HRIS for various entities in the North America business unit. Before ENGIE, Craig held the position of Director of Compensation at American Air Liquide, where they oversaw broad-based and executive compensation systems. Craig also has experience at Quanex Building Products Corporation as Director of Human Resources, leading talent management, total rewards, compliance, and employee development efforts. Craig's early career includes a role as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Mikron Industries, where they managed employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. Throughout their career, Craig has demonstrated skills in improving recruiting processes, aligning HR functions with business needs, and implementing compliance systems.

Craig Woolcott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Highline College from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued General Studies, though no degree was obtained. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Leadership Development Program for HR Professionals (LDHRP) from the Center for Creative Leadership in August 2010. Craig also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 1999. In January 2017, they became certified in SHRM-SCP through SHRM.
