Konstantin Ryabov

Konstantin Ryabov has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2020 onwards, they worked at JB Poindexter & Co, where they held the positions of Director of Operations and Plant Manager at a truck body manufacturing facility. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and full P&L responsibility.

Before that, from 2019 to 2020, Ryabov worked at IDEX Corporation as a Product Manager. In this role, they managed a product portfolio of aftermarket replacement parts and accessories, analyzing buying patterns and areas for growth based on customer data and business objectives.

From 2016 to 2019, Ryabov worked at AXI International. Initially, they served as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on innovation, product development, and redesigning assembly methods for fuel management products. Later, they became the Vice President of Product Management (Operations Manager), responsible for managing a fuel filtration product portfolio, cross-functional projects, and vendor relationships.

In addition, Ryabov has prior experience as a Volunteer at Habitat For Humanity in 2016, where they contributed to various projects. Konstantin also worked at Borusan Makina Kazakhstan from 2010 to 2015, holding positions such as Key Account Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Service Supervisor, and Service Engineer. In these roles, they managed business relationships, oversaw workshop operations, and provided technical support for a Caterpillar dealer mining equipment Component Rebuild Center, among other responsibilities.

Konstantin Ryabov obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2010. Konstantin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completing it between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to supply chain management principles, transportation, and warehousing operations from the CSCMP - Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals in 2023.
