Raul Trevino

Raul Trevino has over 35 years of work experience in various roles related to lean transformation, operations excellence, and manufacturing supervision.

Raul'smost recent role is as Director of Lean and Materials at JB Poindexter & Co since 2022.

Prior to that, Raul worked at Forterra, Inc. from 2018 to 2022 as a Regional Operations Excellence Leader. In this role, they played a key role in the development and implementation of lean transformation initiatives across multiple regions, including coordinating, training, and coaching on continuous operational improvements.

From 2016 to 2018, Raul worked at Pentair as a Regional Lean Manager. Raul supported the Lean Transformation Deployment across multiple plants, facilitated the transfer of manufacturing knowledge, and conducted Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash.

Before that, Raul worked at Incito Consulting Group from 2014 to 2016 as a Business Manager, where they led and facilitated training initiatives in Lean Enterprise Transformation and spearheaded lean cultural transformation.

From 2012 to 2014, Raul was a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at Bloom Energy, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the production process and driving the implementation of best practices for efficiency improvements.

Earlier in their career, Raul held various roles at RTI Installations, Guardian Automotive, Pacific Coast Industries, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Inc, and New United Motor Manufacturing Inc, NUMMI. These roles include Operations & Warehouse Manager, Injection Molding Production Manager, Production & Shipping Manager, and various supervisory positions.

Overall, Raul brings extensive experience in lean transformation, operational excellence, and manufacturing supervision to their current role as Director of Lean and Materials.

Raul Trevino has completed Management Development courses focusing on Practical Kaizen, Time Management, Management Development, and Team Leadership. Raul also attended Mission College in Santa Clara, where they studied Business Management and Operations. Additionally, Raul obtained Certificates in Mechanical Electronics and Drafting from San Jose Vocational Training. Raul furthered their education by participating in Specialized Lean Toyota Production System (TPS) Training at Toyota Motor Co. in Takaoka, Japan.
