John Fridley

John Fridley is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Contact Centers at J.Crew since September 2018. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Foot Levelers, Inc., including Director of Sales, Service and Education and Sales and Service Manager. John's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Branch Manager, followed by a role as Corporate Education Liaison at Apollo Group. John also has sales experience from an earlier tenure at Foot Levelers, Inc. and began a career in sports reporting with The Roanoke Times. In addition to professional roles, John has coached youth basketball and soccer, emphasizing skill development and the YMCA's core values. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Radford University.
