Lois Gower

Lois Gower is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Helpdesk Manager at J D Wetherspoon since April 2013. Throughout the tenure at J D Wetherspoon, Lois has held multiple roles including People Operations Team Leader, Senior Recruitment Advisor, and Recruitment Coordinator, focusing on providing exceptional support for recruitment processes aligned with the company's vision of prioritizing people.
