Jonathan Hausner

Jonathan Hausner serves as the Corporate Counsel & Secretary at J.F. White Contracting Co., overseeing all legal and compliance activities since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Partner at Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, specializing in real estate development and construction transactional practices, including the drafting and negotiation of various construction contracts. Jonathan also held the position of Partner at Robinson+Cole and worked as an Associate Attorney at both Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Gadsby Hannah, LLP, with a focus on construction law. Jonathan's career includes experience as Contracts Manager and Consulting Counsel at Cognex Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and negotiating diverse agreements and managing regional contract administration. Jonathan began the legal career as a Litigation Paralegal at Casner & Edwards, LLP, and Gillis & Bikofsky, PC.
