Nia Gigg

Nia Gigg has a robust background in construction bidding and stakeholder management, currently serving in a construction bidding role at J G Hale Construction Ltd. since March 2024, following experience as a Bid Manager at Balfour Beatty plc from December 2022 to March 2024, specializing in power transmission and distribution. Previous positions include CSR & Bid Management at J G Hale Construction Ltd., where Nia coordinated multi-million-pound tender submissions across Wales, and Community Engagement Manager at Morganstone Ltd., focused on stakeholder relationships and community engagement for large construction projects. Nia's experience also encompasses teaching English as a second language in various settings and managing charity events for Whitbread. Nia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Events Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, obtained in 2014.
