Emily Raderman

Emily Raderman is the Head of Talent at J. Goldman & Co., L.P., where she manages investment and infrastructure talent acquisition. Previously, she worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs focusing on recruitment for the Global Investment Research Division. At Macquarie Group, she was an Associate working on business development for private infrastructure funds. Prior to that, Emily handled campus recruiting for MBA and BA programs at Banc of America Securities. She holds a BA in Psychology from American University.
