Timothy Hopkins

Timothy Hopkins has a diverse work experience in sales and customer service. Timothy started their career at Alta Resources in 2012, where they worked as an Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representative, filling out customer applications and providing accurate information. Timothy then served as a Technical Social Media/Email Representative, documenting customer concerns and assisting with employee training. In 2015, Timothy became a Technical Support Specialist at Alta Resources, troubleshooting customer issues and delivering excellent service. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Inside Sales Account Manager, handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with customers, and discussing product features. Timothy's most recent position is with J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. as a Lead Inside Sales Account Manager-National Accounts, where they facilitate meetings, coaches their team, and collaborates to provide solutions to clients.

Timothy Hopkins attended Neenah High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a High School Diploma. Timothy then went on to study Hospitality Administration/Management at Fox Valley Technical College from 2011 to 2013.
