Mary Kay Murphy has over 30 years of experience in customer contact centers. Mary Kay began their career at Highmark Inc. in 1993 as a Customer Service Representative in various departments, eventually becoming a Customer Service Supervisor for Senior Products. In 2009, they moved to House of Wu as a Customer Service and Warehouse Manager. In 2011, they returned to J.Lodge as a Quality Service Delivery Manager, where they developed long-term relationships with clients, managed the successful implementation of many new QA programs, and provided solutions to optimize customer experience and client ROI. In 2014, they moved to StatesideBPO as a Corporate Trainer and in 2015, they were promoted to Training Manager. In this role, they meet with new clients to identify their contact center requirements, designs and modifies training modules, and facilitates virtual training.
Mary Kay Murphy holds a License in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and a Diploma from Seneca Valley High School. Mary Kay also has several certifications, including Note-Taking for Business Professionals from LinkedIn (obtained in August 2021), Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (obtained in December 2020), Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP) from LinkedIn (obtained in February 2020), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (obtained in December 2020).
