Andrea Johnson-Hall

Andrea Johnson-Hall is a seasoned Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) professional with extensive experience in global HRIS management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global HRIS Manager at J.M. Huber Corporation since September 2020, Andrea has implemented impactful HR technology initiatives within a large, multinational organization. Prior to this, Andrea held similar positions at Chart Industries, Inc., and CSM Bakery Solutions, where a focus on HRIS enhancements and transformations was paramount. Andrea’s career began at Coventry Health Care, and progressed through various roles at B/E Aerospace, showcasing a consistent trajectory of growth and expertise in HR systems. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
