Tim Schaeffer

Tim Schaeffer has extensive work experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development. Tim has held various senior director roles at J.M. Huber Corporation, including Senior Director of Finance for Huber Specialty Minerals. Tim also worked at Internap as the Senior Director of Strategic Development, where they led the company's strategy and corporate development initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Equity Research Analyst, focusing on the telecommunications and internet infrastructure sectors. Tim was also an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at SSG Capital Advisors, providing advisory services to middle-market firms. Tim began their career at Berwind Financial Group as an Investment Banking and Private Equity Analyst.

Tim Schaeffer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University in 2000. Tim completed an MBA with a specialization in Finance at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2005 to 2007. In 2018, they also attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education for a program on Negotiation and Decision-Making Strategies.
