Donald Hayes

Donald Hayes has extensive professional experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Material Identifier at XoTech since January 2018, Donald previously worked as an employee at IMAC, where responsibilities included quality control inspection, transportation driving, and tactical security. Additional roles include working as a replacement worker for JR Gettier & Associates and a quality control inspector for Strom Engineering. Donald also has teaching experience as a substitute teacher for the Lee County Board of Education and held quality control positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Prior to these, management experience was gained as a District Manager for FEI dba Hardee's and in R&D for Bojangles of America. Donald began a career in law enforcement as a Certified Corrections Officer with the Georgia Department of Corrections. Academic credentials include an Associate of Arts degree in Business obtained from Albany Jr College.
