Muhammad Suhada

Muhammad Suhada is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Head of People & Organization Effectiveness at PT. J Resources Nusantara since June 2012. In this role, Muhammad leads all aspects of people and organizational strategies across the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this, roles included General Manager of HR Operations and General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility, demonstrating a strong expertise in HR management, employee relations, and corporate social initiatives. Previous experience spans various leadership roles at prominent companies including PT Bhakti Energi Persada and PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk, focusing on industrial relations, HR development, and operational management. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Surabaya and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law from Universitas Esa Unggul.
