Anthony Attan

Anthony Attan currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Development at J.S. Held LLC since June 2025. Prior to this role, Anthony held various leadership positions at 2U from September 2018 to December 2024, including Sr. Director of Global Learning & Development and Director of Leadership Development. From January 2014 to September 2018, Anthony was the Director of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness and Principal of Leadership Development at Inovalon. Additionally, Anthony operated as an Independent Consultant and Facilitator at Focus Leadership, LLC from May 2008 to May 2018. Anthony's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
