Farhood Nowzartash

Farhood Nowzartash, PhD, PEng, is a seasoned professional in forensic engineering with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at J.S. Held LLC since September 2022, Farhood previously held various leadership roles at Envista Forensics, including Major Loss Group Director for North America. Furthermore, Farhood has a robust background as Principal at -30- Forensic Engineering, where expertise included managing large-scale commercial losses and conducting structural failure analyses. Prior to that, experience as a Partner at Goodeve Manhire Partners Inc. encompassed collaboration on high-rise building designs. An academic foundation includes a PhD in Structural Engineering and a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by a history of teaching and research in structural design and analysis.
