Niruphama has more than 10 years of experience in Capital Markets offerings of equity shares by corporates in India and offering of units by Infrastructure Investment Trusts and Real Estate Investment Trusts. She has advised investment banks, commercial banks and Indian corporate clients in the areas of capital markets and securities law. She has experience in various equity offerings such as initial public offering, qualified institutions placement and rights and in debt offerings. She has led elaborate due diligence investigations for clients involved in the sectors of retail, manufacturing, information technology, banking, energy, logistics and infrastructure.
She has advised in General Corporate issues relating to compliance with the requirements of the rules and regulations issued by the various regulators in India including Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
