Pragya’s core area of practice is Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. She specializes in disputes in the Engineering & Construction and Information Technology Services sectors.
She has successfully represented clients in various domestic and international commercial arbitrations with awards of more than hundreds of crores being passed in favor of the client.
Pragya regularly handles high value commercial matters before the Supreme Court and various High Courts. She also has significant experience in company & shareholder disputes and has represented clients before the National Company Law Tribunal & National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
Pragya has been practicing law since 2012. She has been with JSA since the inception.
